1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Batch Grabber (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Batch Grabber is an Android automation tool that uses Android Accessibility Services to monitor delivery assignment opportunities on compatible gig platforms, and to automatically interact with those apps on your behalf according to filters you configure. The Service requires a valid access key to function beyond the free trial period.
3. Access Keys
3.1 Key System
Access to the Service beyond the 3-day trial requires the purchase of an access key. Each key is for a single device only. Keys are time-limited based on the duration purchased (7, 15, or 30 days).
3.2 Device Binding
Upon activation, a key is cryptographically bound to your device. You may detach a key from your current device through the user portal and reassign it to a different device. A key cannot be active on more than one device simultaneously.
3.3 Key Expiry
Keys expire at the end of their purchased duration. Expired keys cease to grant access. Time runs from the moment the key is first activated on a device.
4. User Accounts
An account is required to access the portal and manage your keys. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@batchgrabber.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Payment and Billing
All payments are completed manually via bank transfer to our payments team. Prices are displayed in USD. Once payment is confirmed and a key is issued, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. Keys purchased through authorized resellers are subject to the reseller's own payment and refund terms.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Share, sell, or transfer your access key to another person
- Attempt to bypass key verification or device-binding mechanisms
- Use the Service to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
7. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, trademarks, and content associated with Batch Grabber are our exclusive property or are used under license. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal use only. No ownership is transferred.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular results for you. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batch Grabber and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost earnings, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the access key(s) in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
