This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for Batch Grabber access keys. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
1. Free Trial First
Before purchasing a key, every new user receives a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. We strongly encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether Batch Grabber meets your needs before making a purchase.
2. No Refund After Activation
Once an access key has been activated on a device, the purchase is final and non-refundable. Activation constitutes immediate use of the digital product. This policy applies regardless of how much time remains on the key.
3. Keys Purchased Through Resellers
If you purchased your key through an authorized reseller (not directly from us), any refund request must be directed to the reseller. Resellers set their own payment and refund terms independently of ours. We are not responsible for refunds on reseller transactions.
4. Eligible Refunds (Unactivated Keys Only)
We will issue a full refund for unactivated keys in the following circumstances:
- The key was never activated and the request is made within 7 days of payment confirmation
- A technical error on our side prevented you from activating or using the key
- You were charged twice for the same order due to a payment error
- The app has a critical bug that renders it entirely non-functional and we cannot resolve it within 5 business days
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Keys that have been activated on any device
- Dissatisfaction with assignment availability (availability depends on the delivery platform, not our app)
- User error (e.g. incorrect filters, permissions not granted)
- Changes to third-party platforms that affect functionality
- Account bans or violations of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment confirmation
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible unactivated key:
- Email support@batchgrabber.app with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your portal email address and payment details
- Describe the reason for your request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and any associated access keys immediately. We encourage you to contact us first — we are happy to resolve legitimate issues directly.
